A Much Needed Update

Presents in white

I’ve been silent for a long time, and Kendíka went home to get ready for the Christmas season. I really didn’t want to keep her away from Charles and all her friends, especially Saphora who is so kind to let her stay on Earth and help me with her story.

As you can see, she definitely does a better job and I in keeping up with the website.

Well the Goodreads giveaway I ran last week has brought a reviewer knocking at my door asking to review Incantation Paradox and wanting an interview. I hope this will change things for Incantation and sales will start to pick up.

Today is the last day of White Swans’ campaign in Kindle Scout. We did not rally enough votes to even stay on the hot list. Therefore, I don’t believe Amazon will be publishing the novel.

The Christmas romance novella I’m writing is coming along pretty well. I’m reaching the climax. After I’m done with the first draft and sent it out to beta readers I’ll be concentrating on the second book for White Swans.

The edits for Dragons in the Resistance are progressing but at a slower pace.

All of my writing is slowing down as I get ready for Christmas with my family. I still haven’t finished decorating the house, although my tree went up the weekend before Thanksgiving. I definitely would like to get this done before Christmas sneaks up on me. Dear me! I still have all my Christmas shopping to do. So far I’ve only bought Ariana’s presents and one for Roger. As always, I’m not doing so well with the purchases.

I need Kendíka back to help keep me organized.

About annamaria

Although born in the United States, Annamaria Bazzi spent a great deal of her childhood in Sicily, Italy, in a town called Sciacca. Italian was the language spoken at home. Therefore, she had no problems when she found herself growing up in a strange country. Upon returning to the states, she promised herself she would speak without an accent. She attended Wayne State University in Detroit Michigan, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Computers with a minor in Spanish. Annamaria spent twenty years programming systems for large corporations, creating innovative solution, and addressing customer problems. During those years, she raised four daughters and one husband. Annamaria lives in Richmond Virginia with her small family where she now dedicates a good part of her day writing.

Welcome to the club. We’re all a little behind this time of year. January will bring lots of good projects, though.
