A New Synopsis

Annamaria has the first draft of the new blurb, which I want to share with you. I hope you’ll let Annamaria know what you think of it. Does it make you want to pick up the book and read it?

WS cropped black swanA nightmare begins Kendíka’s second chance at life.

Will the sinister eyes always looking down from the sky reveal themselves? The foreboding eyes follow Kendíka everywhere she goes in the surreal Regency world she finds herself.

Spending her life as the pet of a superior intelligent being is not a choice for Kendíka who, armed with external courage and a shaky heart, challenges the aliens no one has ever seen. Her first attempt is met with a most painful punishment.

Kendíka does not give up and discovers the name of her captor—Saphora. Learning the skill of patience, Kendíka struggles with her owner, understanding that this approach can only have one of two possible outcomes—improvement or death.

Pink Bird

Have you read the book? Do you know who the white swans are? What about the black one? Are you curious to know whether they are just birds or something else?

When I first arrived on Regency I had no idea what kind of world I’d ended up in and if it hadn’t been for Charles I wouldn’t have survived.

Life isn’t just wearing another pretty outfit or dress.

It’s getting late and I need my beauty sleep.

See ya.
