Female Lead Superhero

Yes, it’s finally happening, both DC and Marvel will be releasing female superheros movies, unfortunately we need to wait for 2017 and 2018 respectively. Read more on Indie Y.A. Books where Sheenah give a few more details.

Wonder WomanMarvel will be releasing a Wonder Woman movie in 2018, and I wonder why it’s taken them so long especially after the success of the Wonder Woman television series of the ’70s.

Since my father was the American ambassador to Italy, I grew up in Rome. While there I enjoyed reading Fantastic Four comic books, because a female, the invisible woman, is part of the foursome. Strong, intelligent, yet beautiful, Sue was a great inspiration for wanting to be self-sufficient and in charge of my life. I think you can see those qualities when I Invisible Womanend up in Regency.

I think it’s very important for little girls to have such characters in their lives to inspire them to success against the male dominated world we still live in. It’s just too bad that both DC and Marvel didn’t think outside the box sooner.

Fighting evil is noble, even little girls should have those dreams of ridding the world of liars and cheaters. I know I’m doing my best on Regency.

Well, I have other things to take care of.

See ya.
