Steampunk

Interesting! Okay! I now have a much clearer understanding of the definition of this particular genre thanks to author Holly Barbo and her post ‘Steampunk’. If you want a better understanding of the elements needed for this genre do hop over and read Holly’s post.

I’m wondering if I lack some of this knowledge because I now live on Regency. I feel like I miss out on a lot of things from Earth, so you’ll have to pardon my excitement at finding out the definition of Steampunk.

Maybe because I now live in a Regency world, I love everything Regent and Victorian, although I still can’t get used to the long gowns, they are so restrictive. The future is always fascinating, and where I live now, with powerful and magical aliens, the future is unpredictable, full of ifs.

annamaria is still busy, finishing my story, White Swans A Regency World, working on a romance novel and editing Dragons in the Resistance with her editor, and that’s not mentioning the reviews she does, the interviews she conducts for the Round Table Chat, and all the Blitz and blog tours she hosts on her other blog. The woman needs help, so I’ll be on my way, offering my help as always.

See ya.
